Returns

We have a 30-return policy if you are not satisfied with our products. 

We offer free returns within 30 days. All products being returned must be unopened. 

To start a return, please email us and let us know what products you wish to return. We will then email you a return label for the products you wish to return.

* Please ensure that your return is dropped off at your local post office within 14 days of receiving the label.

If you need a refund for an opened/unreturnable product, please email us @ [email protected] with the following information:

- Your order #

- The item you need a refund on

- The reason you are unsatisfied with the product.

*Please note: We do not offer partial returns on our bundled packs. This includes customized packs as well as Smartship packs.

International Returns

We are unable to process return labels for international orders at this time. Returns will be at the expense of the customer. 

Refunds

We take pride in offering our customers a satisfaction guarantee, providing refunds within a 30-day period if you are not completely happy with your purchase.  

It's important to note that if an order is placed using a specific card, our refund processing is limited to the original payment method. In the event that you need a refund on an order associated with an inactive card, we can issue the refund via check.
