Return Policy

At PetClub 247, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened and in good condition
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
We cannot offer partial returns/refunds for items in bundles, Smartship packs or Custom packs.

To start a return

Please email us @ [email protected] with the following:

- Your order #

- The product you are wanting to return

- The number of items

- Reason for returning these items

We will email you a return label for those products.

Note: Returns must be dropped off at your local post office or carrier store within 14 days of receiving the return label or it will expire. The label will state which carrier to return it to.

Once we receive your package with the items back, we will process your refund which may take a few business days.

Opened or Unreturnable Items

If you need a refund for an opened product or an item that cannot be returned, please email us with the following:

Your order number
The item you’d like refunded
The reason you're unsatisfied

We’ll do our best to make it right.

Important Notes

We do not offer partial returns on bundled packs, including custom packs and Smartship packs.
Products returned outside of the 30-day window or in used condition may not be eligible for a refund or will be subject to a shipping and/or restocking fee.

International Returns

At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for the cost of international returns.

Refunds

Refunds on returned items are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your returned package.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If your original payment method is no longer active, we can issue your refund via check upon request.
