What happens if my package got lost or stollen?Updated a year ago

Sometimes packages may get delivered to the incorrect address. Please check with your neighbors or carrier to see what might have happened. If you still cannot find your package within 2 -3 days after the tracking info shows delivered, let us know and we will see what we can do from there.
