Exchange Policy
We want you (and your pet) to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
Eligibility:
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).
Exchanges are only available for product of equal value.
How to Request an Exchange:
To start an exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We’ll provide next steps and help you get the right product as quickly as possible.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item.
If the desired replacement is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
We’re here to make sure you and your pet are completely satisfied!
