How do I change my "Pay By" settings for receiving commissions?Updated an hour ago

By default, your setting to receive commissions is via PayQuicker.

To change your "Pay Commissions By" settings:

  • In your back office, on the left side navigation, select "Commissions" > Pay Commissions By:
  • At the top there is a drop down for Pay Me Using: SmartPay by Wise.
  • Then Click on Save Settings.


Breakdown on our Payment Options:

  • - Wise (ACH transfer/Direct Deposit)
  • - PayQuicker - (similar to Venmo where you'll need to transfer it to your bank account manually or get a Payquicker debit card) 
  • - Mailed check (to US mailing addresses only)

How does Wise work?

The first time you are due for a commission, you will receive an email from Wise. In that first email, you will be prompted to put in your bank info to set up for direct deposit via ACH. Go HERE for instructions on how to set up direct deposit with Wise.

Note: you will need to accept your first payment with Wise within 7 days before it expires, or else the payment will get sent back to us. 

After you enter in your bank details and receive your first commission, all other sent will be directly deposited into your bank.

How does PayQuicker Work?

PayQuicker works similarly to Venmo. Your commission will get sent to your PayQuicker account that you set up just for Petclub using your IBO ID#. You can then choose to send that money directly to your bank (which will need to be done manually each time, or, if you wish, you can select to get a PayQuicker debit card to have all your commissions direct deposited to the card using the funds that get sent to your PayQuicker account. 

Mailed Check

You can choose to opt out of direct deposit by selecting 'Check' instead. Please make sure the info it shows like the 'name on check' is correct. If not, we can change that for you, just let us know.
