Where is my order? How do I track it?Updated 9 months ago
As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email with the tracking #. If you have not received an email with the tracking after several business days, please check to see if you first received an order confirmation email when you placed the order. There is a change your order never went through.
Another way to track your order is by checking your account.
To find your previously placed orders and all their information:
Sign into your account’s back office
Find and select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner
Select “Order History”
Here you can find all your orders
Select “View Summary” next to whichever order you’d like to find out more information
The tracking for your order will be under the column Shipping Method and Tracking Information
If you have a tracking # but it has not updated in over 2 business days, please email so we can look into it.
