Credit/Debit Cards

We accept we only accept visa, mastercard, amex or discovery cards.

If you have a card that is it's own platform, than our system will be unable to accept it.

Check

We do allow payment via check, though note that it will take longer to process your order since we wait till after we receive the check in the mail and gets deposited to place your order.

- To find the exact amount, we recommend going through the checkout process until the last page (to calculate shipping) or if you don't have a card to put in to take you to the last page, email customer service and we will be able to look up the shipping amount for you. Any additional amount sent can be added to your account balance for future orders.

- You can make checks out to "Petclub247 LLC".

- Please include a letter with your name,  shipping address, and exactly what it is you would like to order, or email us at [email protected].

- You can mail your check to: Petclub247 4412 Ish Dr. Simi Valley, CA 93063

Cash

We also accept cash or money orders.
