What happens if I signed up a customer and I can’t see them in my back office?Updated a year ago

Most likely it is because they did not sign up using your replicated website. Please remember that your replicated website address will be based upon the name you used for your login. For example, if you chose the log in name of johndoe, you replicated website address will be johndoe.petclub247.com. This is the name that you should be giving to people who want to be your customer or join as an IBO underneath you. If you do not see them in your back office genealogy, it means that they did not use your replicated website to purchase their product or sign in as an IBO underneath you. 

If this is the case, don’t worry, we can fix it for you. Simply email us and let us know which account should be under where. We can move them in your genealogy.
