Please check the packing slip you received with your order or the email stating your order shipped. It should indicate what items were shipped in that package.

Items marked as “Backorder” on your packing slip, or not included in your shipping confirmation email, will be shipped separately. Please refer to the bottom of your packing slip for the estimated ship date of any backordered items.

If the missing item listed on the included packing slip does not have a backorder stamp next to the item, let us know by contacting us at [email protected].
