My order came incomplete. Will the rest ship out?Updated a year ago

Please check the packing slip you received with your order or the email stating your order shipped. It should state what items was shipped in that package.

Items that have a 'Backorder' stamp on the packing slip or are not listed in the email stating your order was shipped, will be shipped out separately. Usually within a week. Please see the bottom of your packing slip for an estimated date the backordered item will ship.

If the missing item listed on the included packing slip does not have a backorder stamp next to the item, let us know by contacting us at [email protected].
