Exchange Policy

We want you (and your pet) to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Exchanges are only available for product of equal value.


How to Request an Exchange:

To start an exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected]  with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We’ll provide next steps and help you get the right product as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective item.

  • If the desired replacement is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.

We’re here to make sure you and your pet are completely satisfied!
