How do I cancel my brand advocate position?Updated 6 months ago

You can cancel your Brand Advocate account by simply canceling your monthly autoship for the Platform and Service Fee. By doing so, you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions and your Brand Advocate account will be inactive.

To do so, login into your back office 

-  Select Order Management

-  Select My Smartship Orders

-  Select Edit Smartship

-  Look for Smartship Product(s)

-  Look for Platform Services Fee

-  Select and click the box that says "remove item" (relative to your Platform Service Fee)

-  Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Save Smartship"

Wait for the page to finish loading and to make sure that everything worked correctly and that you had indeed canceled your brand advocate position
