Do I have to pay a fee to be a customer?Updated a year ago

Nope! You just need to create a free account with us first to place an order. Why do you need to create an account? Think of it as an Amazon account where you can keep track of all your orders, place new ones, update your shipping/billing info, etc. But also, since we are a network marketing company, you are giving commissions to the person you signed up under using their replicated website for every order you place. 

To create an account:

-    Go to the website that you were referred to

-   Select 'SHOP' at the top navigation

-   Select the category of product you are interested (Dogs, Cats, Horses, Humans)

-   Follow the checkout process

-   You will be asked to create a free account that will allow you to purchase anytime in the future.

Again, there is no fee to become a retail customer and purchase our products.
