Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?Updated a year ago
Yes, you can change items in your order or cancel it as long as you email us before 10am PST the day order order will ship, which is usually the next business day after it's been placed. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and let us know what it is you want changed or that you wish to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, you can simply refuse the package when it gets delivered. Please email us letting us know so we can process your refund as soon as we get the package returned to us. We can also send you a return label if needed.
