Am I able to pick up an online order in person?Updated 4 months ago

If you would like to physically pick up your order from our warehouse in Simi Valley, select the option called “Pick up” when choosing your shipping method at the end of checkout. This option is available for California residents only. If you live out of state but will be in the area to pick it up, leave us an email at [email protected] for further assistance. We will be able to process your order for pick up for you.

Please note: we hold all pick up orders for the maximum of 10 business days. 

If you are not able to pick up your order in that time or do not contact us to schedule a date and time to pick it up, we will ship your order out and charge you for shipping.

Pick up times are as follows: Mon-Friday 9:15am- 4:45pm. If you are unable to make these times, email us and we will work with you to schedule a different pick up time.
