Having trouble logging in? No worries! We are here to help you.
It's possible you either have the wrong username or password, or you tried too many times and the system locked you out.
Username
Please note: No characters are allowed in your username. For instance, if you sign up using your email as your username, the system will automatically take out the "@" and "." in your email.
Password
If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link.
It will take you to a page to enter your username and a captcha box by adding 2 numbers together. ***You only need to do this once. After you submit this, it will send you an email with a temporary password to use. Check your email associated with your PetClub account for your temporary password.
You can update your password later when you've signed in by:
- Going to your home page in your account/profile,
- Then click on the blue account button near your name at the top righthand corner.
- Then select 'Change Password' from the dropdown menu.
