How do I find Custom Packs and how do I customize them?Updated a month ago
Are you looking to save money and buy in bulk? Our custom packs are a great option! These packs let you fully customize an additional 22-30% more product than buying the products on their own!
You can find our Custom Alpha packs by:
- Selecting 'Shop Now' from the Home page
- Selecting 'Packs' from the top navigation
-At the bottom of this list, you will see the options for "Custom - Alpha Boost” and Custom - Alpha Turbo" Packs.
We have 2 different custom packs to choose from:
- The Alpha Boost Custom Pack ($499) Customize up to $610 worth of product. You'd be saving $110!
- The Alpha Turbo Custom Pack ($999) Customize up to $1300 worth of product! That's $300 worth of savings!!!
Here's how it works:
After you've checked out and placed your order for your pack, on the Order Confirmation page, you'll find a link that will direct you to a page to customize your pack and submit it. We also send the link in an email order confirmation. Make sure you also check your spam folder for the email! If you still can't find the link to customize your pack, email us with your order # and we will provide the link for you.
Here's what the custom pack form will look like, where you'll add whatever products you want to your custom pack:
*If you are over your limit just by a few dollars, just decrease 1 product to make it be under the limit so it can be processed, then write in the Remarks section the product that is missing that you'd like to be in your order.
Once your customized list has been submitted, it will take you to a page saying your pack has been submitted (see photo below), it will go through approval and then get shipped out. You should receive another email with your customized list. Typically, after submissions, the time it takes to get approved and shipped is usually the same or next business day.
*If you do not submit your customized list, we will not ship your order out. We hold custom packs until we receive your customized list.
