Your original password upon sign up only needs to be at least 8 characters long.

If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the log in page.

- It will take you to a page to enter your username and a captcha box by adding 2 numbers together. ***You only need to do this once. 

- After you submit this, it will send you an email with a temporary password to use. 

- Check your email associated with your PetClub account for your temporary password to log in with.

You can update your password later when you've signed in by: 

- Going to your home page in your account/profile, 

- Then click on your name at the top righthand corner. 

- Then select 'Change Password' from the dropdown menu. *Your new password will now need to be at least 12 characters long.
